• Precision Sub Assembly Technology Has the ability to manufacture cables for the simple commercial application to the most demanding environment such as Military airplanes or aerospace

• From non demanding performance requirements up to cables tested and certified to 20Ghz. All types of wires and terminations, potted ends, molded shrinkable transition and terminations

• Harnesses with complexity ranging from 25 / 30 wires and 2 /4 connectors up to 500 / 800 wires with 10 / 50 connectors and more, including high density pin count (75 / 156)

• All harnesses are 100% electrically tested for continuity or shorts. Other tests available upon request

• Cable harness design, tooling design and build, prototypes, qualification including environmental testing services and manufacture of legacy equipment are apart of our core competence. Our experienced engineers can reverse engineer older assemblies and if necessary, tool up to manufacture connectors that are no longer being made.
