Substrates
might require grooves for electrical isolation or for fixturing
requirements. Some of the potential difficulties that require prior
planning are width and depth tolerances, flatness of the bottom
of the groove, and squareness of the corners.
You can avoid problems by
discussing your requirements with the engineering staff at Precision
Surface Technology early in your project.
